‘Choc’/Banana Smoothie

  • 3-4 blocks of ice
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 large banana
  • Protein powder (vanilla works best, but you can use chocolate, just reduce the quantity of cocoa powder)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp macadamia nut butter

Add ice and water and blend until ice is crushed. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. You might need to add some water to achieve the desired consistency. Enjoy!
