Low Carb Mayonnaise

1 egg

1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

½ cup olive oil

½ cup coconut oil (neutral) or avocado oil

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp mustard powder

1/8 tsp stevia powder

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp paprika

Add all the ingredients in the order shown above. Take a stick blender and push it all the way to the bottom of the container. Switch on and as the liquids emulsify gently pull the stick blender upwards until all the ingredients are blended.
