‘Purple’ Smoothie

Purple Smoothie

  • 3-4 blocks of ice
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Add ice and water and blend until ice is crushed. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. You might need to add some water to achieve the desired consistency. Enjoy!
